About

A little about how I work

Before I was a therapist, I worked in advertising — which meant thinking constantly about narrative, persuasion, and how ideas land. I bring that same attention to the room now: paying close attention to the story you're telling about your life, and where it might be ready to change.

My approach is existential-humanistic and ACT-informed. In plain terms: I'm less interested in fixing you than in helping you build a workable, values-driven relationship with whatever you're actually dealing with — including the parts that don't resolve neatly. Meaning-making, impermanence, and the texture of everyday experience get taken seriously here, not just the symptoms.

I try to bring compassion, curiosity, and a genuine sense of humor into the work. Therapy can hold weight and lightness at the same time — I think it works better when it does.

Groups

Improv Therapy Group

Yes, and — a therapy group built on improv

A process group that borrows from improv's core moves — presence, "yes and," working without a script — to build the same muscles that make relationships and hard moments easier to navigate: staying in the room, tolerating not knowing what's next, and responding instead of bracing. No performance experience needed, no pressure to be funny. This isn't a comedy class; it's a therapy group that happens to use improv's tools.
